Such a cute expression! I am hesitating to tell you how to "improve" because while I see certain details that could be added, you have a very distinct, rough but expressive style-- and I am afraid that adding details would ruin it. So-- with hesitation-- I suggest that you could add eyelid lines and also use a brush (like Syrup) in which little dots will not appear in the edges when you fill the outlines with color.  By the way, you did such a great job with teeth! I envy you, because when I draw teeth, it comes out very weird. I always avoid it by making a solid white area between the lips.
