He was mazing we were all a family he made the meetings fun and entertaining instead of making it stressful for anyone. He praised us for the things we do and that we are feeling wanted at the work place he even apologised when we got brought into work on our day off witch made it ok for everyone we all understood him and he understands us. 

 

He was stern at some point when time got tough but he never put any anger or negative emotion  on anyone they listened to our problmes everyone felt safe when working their, He let people have more breaks depending on how much they do witch made us all work harder and we got an reward for for doing so.
