I used my Coliro metallic watercolors to add gold accents to the lettering and mixed them in with my regular black and gold watercolors to add sparkle to the border. I also used a light wash of the metallic silver to add sparkle to the champagne glasses.

I actually used the "faux" lettering method for this where I drew in the thickness of the downstrokes because the brush pen I was using originally started fraying and wasn't giving me the results I wanted. Even though it took more time to do it that way, I am pleased with the results!
