Hi Jay - this is a great painting, you’ve achieved some lovely energetic pen and ink strokes and done well with adding the right amount of colour. I think you could add some darker ink in places for greater contrast in the tonal values - particularly in the folds and frills at the bottom of the dress. You could also add a bit more red colour to the dress where it is in shadow, eg the left side, below the arms to give the figure a bit more of a rounded shape.
