I took your course, downloaded the materials and began my sourdough journey.  I've found many schools of thought on how do feed your starter, bake your bread, etc, after I completed your course but stayed true to what you taught me and it hasn't failed me.  I bake two loaves of sourdough bread each week (one for me and one for my daughter's househld).  My bread comes out perfectly every time and my starter has really developed a wonderful flavor profile.  Thank you for making learning how to make a starter and bake sourdough bread easy to understand!
