This was such a great class! You had amazing advice on finding inspiration, colour theory, lighting & shadows, blending and more.

I chose to repaint Grandmother Willow from Pocahontas. Got off to a bit of a rocky start, I found that I made the common mistake of starting a painting with a low-opacity brush, so that version was scrapped and when I started over I found the whole process so much easier!

I also always avoided Colour Balancing and other Adjustment Layers, because I thought it might somehow be 'cheating', but of course, I understand now that it is a tool there to be used and is just a benefit of digital art.

I will 100% be using the advice you gave in the future as well, thank you so much for taking the time to make this class! :)
