Another fantastic class with Will!

DS and WN paints, used colors I had on hand, Arches paper. 

I think the photo depicts the white area and little whiter than it looks in person, as there is more shading than shows in the photo.

I always have an issue painting black, it can sometimes look chalky and flat when it dries. To counteract, I mixed in various other hues (separately) including windsor blue, rose, and indigo.

After the fact, I wondered if I should have added more vibrancy into the water with something like phthalo blue, but then I thought it may be better not to detract from the Orca. I am still on the fence but have learned "leave well enough alone!".

I absolutely loved this class!! I always learn so much from Will, and this class was especially fun and stress free!
