Your class is very helpful! I got the same scanner you recommended (Epson Perfection V19 Color Photo & Document Scanner) and scanned one of my watercolours. I then followed the steps in Photoshop to remove the texture and make the background white, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the demo and your valuable tips :)
