I had a lot of fun with your course!
I used your photo at the beginning and then just drew the details by instinct/feeling. I had a bit of difficulty with the shadows, as it was getting very patchy. I used a watercolour paint box by Schmincke. 

This is my third attempt at painting a portrait with watercolour. At the first attempts I was still too impatient to let the paint dry, but especially your tips with the different layers helped me a lot. I am really looking forward to painting more portraits of myself or of my friends! :)
