Washing up

I never quite managed to get the hanging drip effect, and I don't know if it was the paper, brush or the paint-water ratio I was using. I could often see the water from line above flowing down as I made the next line though, especially once I started working on tilted paper.

I found the water and pigment pooled at the start of the stroke, so mostly the next line would flood up the left hand edge and need to be coaxed down with the brush.

The camera is a harsh judge, and shows up the lines in my wash far more sharply than I had noticed just looking at them! The one I am most satisfied with is the final circle.
