There are many first for me in this lesson:

• First time using smooth paper. Heard that it's more difficult as it does not absorb water so well compared to rough one.
• First time using small brushes most of the time
• First time using so much wet on dry technique

I felt like stopping at the first 20 minutes as it didn't look good. I reminded myself that it was a new adventure. I was very glad that I finished it. I must say some times that colour didn't look well when painted but looked great when dried.

I love the end result. It was so vibrant and 3D. The painting looks a lot more detailed on smooth paper than the medium one which I always use. Thank, Will, for another great lesson! It felt easier than the shell lesson (last one)!
