Large study: 6x9, Colors used - Daniel Smith (Naples Yellow, Pyrrol Orange, Cerulean Blue, Cobalt Blue, Paynes Gray, Lavender). Winsor & Newton (Yellow Orche, Rose Permanent, Alzarin Crimson). 

I did the little study first to trial my colors and its a good thing I did! (also painted it with my almost 3 month old in my arms, my husband took a pic to prove it lol). Anyway, later on when I had free hands I tried the larger study. I would love to do a third one to try to capture the light directly under the clouds better and try to keep it as yellow as I can. I also prefer the sun rays in the smaller study vs the larger study. The larger study I used too small of a brush to do the rays. I think I didn't take into account the wider sheet of paper and the change of direction of rays.
