I was really surprised how well this watercolor in my journal turned out! Thank you so much for this class- I never would have attempted this on my own. 😊

I have also included a photo of the back of my painting-- it is thicker journal paper , but outside of a few wrinkles, which I believe will flatten out under a weight, there was no damage to the paper.

Since it is the week of Valentine's Day, I drew my flamingos so their heads and necks formed a heart, then painted it and outlined with a marker. 

The flamingos are standing in water- a mixture of the blue at the top of my painting with a bit of black, then a variety of blue pencils and a white pencil.
