Unwinding

This project helped me see how Tai Chi can be a strong foundation for a happier and healthier life. The slow movements and focus on breathing make it easier to relax, reduce stress, and feel more balanced throughout the day. I can incorporate a regular Tai Chi practice into my daily life by setting aside 10–15 minutes in the morning to do a short routine and using a few movements in the evening to unwind.
