I procrastinated for quite a while before tackling this class. I have hardly ever used oil paints let alone a palette knife to paint with. I usually paint with watercolor so this was a big learning curve for me.  I only have the beginners set from Windsor and Newton which has 6 tubes. I think I did reasonably well with this limited set. It is so good to be able to paint with oils without the chemical smell! The only thing that puts me off a little is the incredibly long drying time. I guess oil painters are used to that aspect.
