I've made the change of being better than my competitors. Giving refunds/return and putting myself in customers shoes 

Adopted the idea of removing dirts from my beans before selling them. Retailers in my country hardly do that. I saw someone did it in her store and I adopted same idea and it worked in attracting more customers 

  There's this supermarket i buy my beverages, the manner at which their staffs attends to customers is so overwhelming. Infact, there was this day one of their staffs gifted my daughter on her birthday, I felt delighted about that, that made me keep going there. That lady's gesture kept taking me to the supermarket
