Can you think a bit deeper about what the prospect might be experiencing currently with their unreliable computers and how they will feel and what they can do when they have a higher quality supplier? Setting/Role - is this prospect one person or are they buying for an organization? What do they want the computer for? What kind of pressure is on them to get it right? Point A - What issues are they having with poor computers and what's stopping them from finding a better supplier? Point B - What does a "reliable" computer mean? Will they be able to complete projects faster, have less work stress, use AI to offload tasks? These questions will help you work out your key messages in Act 2. Thanks for submitting your project.
