Took a video, brought it into Procreate, threw out a bunch of layers, drew an animated version inspired by the video, tweaked it for approximately a million hours, and this is how it came out. :)

 

And then because it was 250 frames X about 6 layers per frame (1,500 layers!?), I had to optimize it further with EZGIF.com to get it to show up here.
