The second picture is from an idea. I had to use the painters, tape and deckle it like you would regular paper to create a rough edge instead of the smooth edge of using regular paper. I like the organic look. I just threw some paint on a piece of watercolor paper and let it dry just to see what it would look like. If you wanna try it, I used a ruler that is for deckling paper and wide painters, tape the yellow type that's for delicate services and do it in smaller sections to go around your painting. Make sure the rough edges are smooth down toward the part where you're gonna be painting and then just kind of remove as normal I'm sure somebody else has done this before, but I've never seen it so I'm just sharing  and I'm sorry I couldn't get the right order on the paintings of that.
