The best leader I have ever worked with

Her name is Chris and I still think of her today

I was a new employee and the youngest. She made sure I had everything I needed she empathized with me and was easy to talk to. She brought about a friendly drama free atmosphere and was always helpful. She was always aware of our needs and would take the time to give a thank you and praise which was genuine.

Worst leader was the absolute opposite from the above so much so no one went in to her office because if you had a need it was considered a weakness and a weapon to use against you
