Let's spend some time together! You will become familiar with food and create a positive relationship with it. You will learn how to read a nutrition label; what macro-nutrients are and how much of each your body needs; how to plan and prepare meals for the week; and feel confident knowing what to eat for a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime!

Let's make it very simple: start with recording your meals. Everything you eat. Everything you drink. Record 4 things: the time of day, item, quantity, and your feelings at that moment.

Success tip: drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water per day! Sound like a lot? Work your way up!
