I really enjoyed this class; it was very helpful, and I loved how you picked a pokémon to name your inner critic. I was tempted to follow suit as my daughter is also pokémon mad, but all I could think was Mimikyu (which is probably my favourite at this point and I didn't want it to be 'bad'). So I went with a mimic - a very common trope in RPG games. 

Mimics are known to appear harmless but are actually very viscious and attackers without warning. I thought this was a great representation for an inner critic.

I dont like having a lot of clutter around me, I find it quite stressful, so I didn't want to create a physical jar. Instead I made a spread in my 'motivational' journal to rephrase all of Mimic's attacks.
