I was directed by my school to create a series of videos that could be used to explain and promote our school. I filmed a number of interviews last summer, but I did not have the time or ability to organize and edit such a great amount of material. While I edited this video shortly before I took this class, I think, it shows the principles being taught in this course. The hardest part for me is sifting through the hours and hours of interview footage. That is the area I really grew in this project. I still need to get better with how I organize, mark, and label my footage, but at least now, I have a system.

 

An additional thing I need to work on is being more intentional with my be b-roll. I filmed the B-roll without much thought, to be honest, and I did not have enough when I went to complete the edit.
