Always love looking at portraits in a different way. The way Christoph broke down the process kept things manageable and FUN. Had to make some art with one of my fave characters, Tommy Shelby from Peaky Blinders. 

 

 

Here are a few of the color palettes I experimented with. I typically use a LOT of colors but attacking the palette in the way described in the lesson was a fun change for me. I ultimately combined a couple of them because that hot pink was too good to pass up on and I'm a sucker for blues.

I worked in a few classic Tommy Shelby lines, his horse from Tommy's first appearance in the pilot episode, and obviously a good drink because it's the Shelbys. Excited to give a couple more portraits a go with these methods in mind. Thanks again, Christoph!
