This is absolutely gorgeous, Carolyn!  I love how delicate and expressive your flower lines are! For your next piece, you could try adding a light  background wash—maybe soft pastels like peach, lavender, or lemon yellow. It would beautifully enhance your pen work while keeping the focus on the flowers. I’ve seen your other class projects too, and it’s been a joy watching your artistic journey. Can’t wait to see what you create next—hope to see you in more classes!

May be you are right. But I love the dreamy look with the wash.I use Procreate and than you work and think in layers. May be you can make your ‘ink layer’ stronger. In Procreate you can do it and when you do not like it, just undo it. But realy I love your project for this class as it is!!!
