I've had an idea about writing on the different kinds of love (other than romantic): self-love, familial love, and platonic love. I joke that I'm horrible at expressing emotions but *really* good at intellectualizing them. Writing about emotions is kind of like a warm up or a stretch (get it?) for me, before doing the exhausting exercise of being open to feeling emotions. Especially love.

I first wanted to write it directly as a book, but I figured I'd hold myself accountable with my writing practice by making this a regularly published newsletter! It was so much fun commissioning illustrations and headers for this project, and it got me so much more excited for its launch. The first post is scheduled for tomorrow, Sept 3, at noon CST.
