Summer photos

Hello!

These are some photos I took this summer that I really liked, and I felt that they fit quite well with some of the things I learned in this course. They were all taken with my phone, before I knew anything about composition, distance, angles, depth, background, ratios... basically any basic photography principles.

Looking at them now after taking the course, I can definitely notice some things that can be improved. A lot of the photos aren’t properly centered, I didn’t use grid lines, and I mostly just eyeballed the composition and went with what felt right at the time. One of the photos I really like is the one with the sunset, although it doesn't really have a clear subject. After viewing the course, I realized that I need to think about where I want the viewer's eye to go and I am not sure if I managed to do that there.

I’m still a complete beginner, so these were very much taken by instinct rather than by following any particular technique. I’m sure there are a lot of things I’m not noticing yet, so I would really appreciate any feedback. Thank you!
