Stress Relieving Breaks and Greenery  - student project

I would like to start using the timer method and ensure that I am taking the stress relieving breaks. As of now I really only stick to one break and then some random ones on occasion. I feel like the use of this will greatly impact my focus.

I am also going to rearrange some things so that I can have a plant on my desk. : )
