Sky Dancer

Wings ignite the morning air,

a song of colors, bold and rare.

Through boundless blue you weave your flight,

a living flame, a spark of light.

“ In the wild, macaws are strong fliers with long, powerful wings. They often travel in pairs or flocks, flying long distances in search of food. Their flight is fast and graceful, and they use their long tails to steer and balance in the air.

In captivity, though, many macaws don’t fly much (or at all) because their wings are clipped, or they don’t have enough open space to fly free.”
