Hi Antonio!!! I'm so happy to see your own project! I see you have tried something different, and I love it! Parts of animation can be improved, for example: - You can separate the head and the hair from the body. This way you can make an offset of 1 or 2 frames between the elements, and the movement will be more natural :) (you can apply the same to the bird) - also, You can smooth the hand movement a little bit.Congratulations!

just a little feedback:
As the head does not have a neck, it will be better to place the anchor point below the mouth.

i love the illustration with its colours and the bird, but the animation could be more interesting.
