After several classmates asked me the same question, I decided to torment you with my English and to write how I did the details: hands and cloth.

Hands - I parent it on the main (arm) spline, than just change the position/rotation manually in compliance with movement of the spline. I do not know a way to parent object or Null directly to the curve point.

Cloth - The suit is an animated shape layer, drawn directly into After Effect. I just animated curve points of the Shape layer (suit). Without  puppet pins. In the same way I did the hair – v03.
