Here is a look at the process behind customizing a brush by changing only the shape and grain!

First, I started from the brush Plimsoll, because I like the flow and versatility of this amazing brush.

For the shape, I went with "Acrylic Stamp 3", from the Procreate source library. I love painterly brushes, so a ragged/textured shape is what I was looking for.

 

I tested the brush briefly, but then I went and chose a new image for the grain. Still choosing from the Procreate source library, I chose "Cotton Paper". I did not need to tweak any of the "auto-repeat" options, as the textyre was perfectly seemless already.

 

Lastly, I created my sample card! Can't wait to see what you create :)
