Dear Charlotte I just want to see all the pages of your sketchbook, because it feels like each one of your projects is so beautiful, the way you feel the colors, and the shapes and then add the details- it is mesmerizing, and I can't wait to see more)))

I see I’ve missed a few of your paintings. This is beautiful Charlotte! The addition of sand and shadows adds such depth to the piece. You did an amazing job with this :)

So petty and love the sand! The colors for the inside of the shell are perfect. Reminds me of a pearl.

I added a little sandy background texture with a light wash and salt.  I enjoyed the project, it was a perfect quick, simple addition to my sketchbook practice today.
