I shoot news-style videos for my wife to promote local businesses.  They are usually run and gun, with a premium on shooting quickly without quality suffering too much. 

My A Cam is a Sony A7iv, and my B Cam is an iPhone.

I am looking for feedback on my composition and how to spot better shooting opportunities.  Any other help on exposure, color temperature, and overall video quality would also be appreciated.

I am trying to gradually improve the quality so it is more "cinematic."
