Primary Objective

To increase sales across all their platforms; both in-store and online as well as look for other opportunities for where the can sell their products (for examples at gyms/health clubs).

 

Insights

The majority of sales come from the retail store so we need to improve online sales not double down on improving the retail store sales. Their target audience has a busy lifestyle so ordering online is easier for them to do than to visit the store. The target audience is also health conscious so placing their products in places that their customers already visit such as gyms, sport centres and health clubs will increase sales and brand awareness. Products no longer feel have a cohesive look and feel which can be confusing to customers and we should to redesign these to make them look more unified.

 

Recommended steps

1) Analysis website data to see why sales are so low.

2) Research audience behaviours and look for opportunities where you can reach them besides the store and website.

3) Hold a brand strategy workshop to refocus the brand's aims, objectives and target audience.

4) Undertake a redesign based on the brand strategy to create a unified design style that can be applied to all 10 products.
