This effect of water drops so realistic! Beautiful paintings!

Hello Sbeatrycze, really great job on your raindrops on the window! I love the sense of stormyness you achieved in the upper piece and the diagonal rivulet is a great idea. I see you have experimented with different shaped droplets. I usually recommend keeping them round as it is easier for your viewer to decipher but your upper piece works quite well. Nice uneven spacing of your drops in both pieces and your tree detail is good. Honestly I'm not sure I can add much of a critique, except maybe try one with a darker background as that will make the droplets pop. Any questions, please feel free to ask! best, melinda

Oh, thanks for the comment. I really wanted to do an experiment. I've added my reference photo, maybe that will explain where the drops are coming from. I took the photo while driving. The light reflects beautifully in the transverse stream of water and I would love to work on it. The droplet theme is beautiful and thank you for the lesson. Your work is excellent and I will definitely come back to achieve a better result like in your paintings. Thank you :)

The more I look at my version, the more I'd like to improve it. The masking liquid tore the paper so I glued it. The water jet is the decoration of the picture. I didn't refine it enough in the painting. I was working on it late and I guess I was in too much of a hurry. Maybe I wasn't quite sure what effect I wanted to achieve.

Rain is so realistic. It's seems on a glass :)
