Hey Nadia,Nice effort on this one. I really like your alternative layout approach, and it’s always great to see when someone takes the course in their own direction. That’s exactly the point. Learn the skills, then apply them in a way that feels unique to you.The psychedelic font is an interesting choice and pairs well with the topographic texture. It brings a strong sense of character. The colour treatment on the texture is eye-catching too. The little characters you added are a fun touch and give the design extra charm and personality.The in situ mockups were great to see. They give your poster context and help bring the idea to life. Overall, the piece gives off fun 90s happy hardcore vibes. Hi Gareth, thank you so much for these kind words, this project was one of my favourites and has been a big help to expanding my portfolio. I would love to have a go at designing a movie poster or advertisement for a tv show, just to show I have some experience designing for this industry.

The topography effect reminded with of the psychedelic pattern, so I used it with these bright colours for this music festival, I called 'psyland'.
