Project #1: Brownie Puffs


My 1st attempt at making brownies. The brownies were baked as mini brownies in a cupcake liner. The baking time was considerably lessened. Upon cooling, they were covered with a layer of whipped cream. A cherry was added and the entire surface was layered with chocolate sprinkles.
What I learned from this attempt was that whipping cream needs to be stabilized with gelatin in order to keep their form for long periods.
