Hello once again.  Ok, I can see your concerns.  The main thing that I can see if you're focusing on the outside shape of the hair, but not enough of the most obvious shapes within the hair itself. We need to think of the hair as being a series of overlapping layers .  I've put together a quick sketch using your reference image to show this: <a href="https://imgur.com/a/W7L4Ng0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://imgur.com/a/W7L4Ng0</a> Take note of how I've broken down the obvious hair layers from back to front (labeled 1 - 4), and take note of how they are overlapping each other.  With your current sketch, your hair shapes don't look like they are overlapping each other. The process I find that best work for drawing hair is the follow: 1 ) Identify the outside shape of the hair2) Identify the most obvious inside shapes the hair is making (look for areas of light and shadow to find these )3) Layer those shapes in (front to back usually) and ensure they overlap each other.  So, overlapping the inside shapes is the key for drawing the hair. If you only focus on the outside shape and not the inside shapes, that will make your hair look flat and two-dimensional. You don't need a lot of shading to create the illusion of form in hair, overlapping the inside shape is more than capable of doing this.
