Hi Annalisa!These are actually looking very good. Try not to worry too much about the proportions. Proportions we can adjust as we go along, it's the twisting, bending gesture of the poses that is going to be more important. Don't be afraid to push the poses to the point where things start becoming a little distorted, because in most cases once we start adding in the forms of the figure over the top that distortion starts to lessen. Only when the figures starts getting too elastic or too rubbery should you start to back off a little. Remember, construction stiffens the pose, gesture adds fluidity. I think all these sketches have the right balance for the most part. Some good twisting, and some nice overlapping. Keep this up! Let me know if you have any questions!Thanks :)

Sometimes I find so difficult to bend and twist more the figure drawing without loosing completely the proportions.
I still find them very stiff.
