Here's an example of how to post your finished projects:

I downloaded the 'Plosive' noise example, imported into Audition, and removed the plosive. I've included a 'before' and 'after'. 

 

Then, I exported as an .mp3 and used Veed.io to make it into a video. I've posted the link from Veed.io here.
