I painted rice paper with multiple colors of watercolor paints, cut out leaves, glue the paper onto wires, cut scallops on the edges of the leaves and twisted them together to form a plant. 

I'm excited to try some variations using some PNW Oregon specific native leaf shapes in fantasy colors.
