Hey Alia! Thank you so much for submitting a project. This is sooo cool! It is so wonderful to see that you are bringing more art into this world. This idea for art classes is absolutely fantastic. So let's make sure together that you are pitching it in the most impactful and authentic way! Loving the subject for the email! It is great!!! It is a bit outdated and too formal to write "hope this message finds you well." You can start right away with your introduction or maybe ask them a question, like "Would you like to be a part of the creative movement?" or "Would you love to see your space fill with happy and energetic people who are ready to make some art and drink up all your coffee?" I am suggesting you experiment with the first sentence to find something that is authentic to you. And also, remember that the first sentence is incredibly important to capture someone's attention.  It would be amazing if you could get a review from the L&amp;L bakery and make a little image with it on Canva and attach it to your pitch email. Later, you could gather more reviews like that and add them too. This can help to show the potential customers what kind of impact your event creates. This is especially important because you mention the "glowing reviews". You could get reviews from the event attendees as well. But a review from a business would make more sense for this pitch.  I recommend you to be more direct and concrete with your pitch. Have an idea for an event already. Make the theme suggestion, make it tailored to the space, make it for a special occasion. This would mean that you will spend more time on each pitch because you will need to do some research about the space and their typical audience. But it is more effective.  In your case, consider just writing your phone number so they can call you immediately when they get this email. Saying "... to see if we are a good fit" is not the best in this case. Pitch your services to venues/cafes/bakeries that you KNOW are a good fit. You must be sure that your event is a good fit. You can chat with the owners to see what kind of event and when you can host.  And I would also recommend writing more about the financial details. What will the owners of the venue get? The costs for drinks/food or a percentage of the admission?  I hope this helps you! Feel free to submit a revised pitch if you want.
