Beautiful painting, both delicate and bold at the same time - it's very effective :-)

I can really see your growth from project to project, and this one feels much more confident.Your flower shapes are becoming more consistent, and I love the balance between the soft background greens and the darker sweeping leaves in the foreground. Those bold curved leaves add such beautiful movement through the entire piece.I also think your red flowers turned out lovely here. The color feels much cleaner and fresher, and your little yellow centers bring everything to life.And honestly, the more classes and small studies you do like this, the more your brush confidence starts showing. I can absolutely see that happening already.Beautiful work, and thank you again for continuing to paint along with so many of my classes. It truly makes me so happy to watch your progress from piece to piece.

Here I tried to paint along with Brenda. I like the salt effect in the background, maybe I could have used more shades of green and a bigger variety of leaves.
