Peony in Watercolor

Hello!

This time I experienced the famous "trust the process". I struggled to work with this paper. It was my first time trying this paper (Meeden) because I thought it was the same as Baohong. Even though it said it was 100% cotton, I was challenged by having white spots and controlling water spread. However, I like the final result. It allowed me to focus more on water control to deal with this paper situation! It was okay to also get to know my art supplies better.

I took my time working on this project, like any of Chris' classes :). Fresh eyes helped to visualize the areas that required more work than others.
Thank you again Chris for an amazing tutorial. I always learn new things while mastering the basic techniques!

Below I included some photos of my process. I use my iPad and phone because I don't have a scanner, but I guess it works!
