hey Anii! That's such a clear and charming schedule. I think you're on the right track, actually—that totally looks like someone raising a baby up! One trick I might use if I were you is to draw my character completely sideways, so the arm length can be the same ;) I also like the hatched arrows; it's simple but it works to guide our eyes along your schedule well.
