This class was so helpful. I have been looking for a way to organize my patterns for such a long time, and I am so happy I came across this course. The database is just brilliant, and I am thrilled it also worked within my already existing environment.

I have created my portfolio database in Notion instead of Airtable because I've already been using it for all my other organization, and I did not want to introduce yet another tool.

I am working on a folder system on my iPad now, and I have tonnes of patterns already lurking somewhere in the depth of the system that have to be included. 

Because I mostly work in collections, I went for a SKU# with a digit to include my collections, so NGS2301011 translates to the first colourway of the first pattern in the first collection of 2023.

I might potentially introduce a folder with collection number 00 to include all the patterns that don't belong to a collection.
