As a creative in Paris, I struggle to find cool and fun places to work during the day and places to host dinners, creative events, etc. A lot of the places you can rent are super expensive or aren't keen on dinners/get togethers. 

Right now I'm searching for a place to rent just as an office so in the beginning (while we grow) this would just offset how much I'd be paying. Eventually, it could bring in some extra income or at least help with business networking and potentially get me other opportunities. 

I'd keep the marketing plan pretty low-key but social media would be our main way of reaching our ideal audience. A few free dinners/events would also work well to get cool and interesting people posting about our studio.
