This is the general Grid View of my Airtable Database, including all the columns with the SKU and rest of pattern attributes that contain all the info I need to locate any pattern.

This is one of the gallery views that I have created at Airtable. The cards are customize to show only the info I want to display on them publicly, such as the SKU #, Collection Name, Category, Inspiration, Level and Type of Pattern.

Finally, this is the folder structure saved on my hard disk, including a simple color code that tells me if a pattern is finished (green), in progress (yellow) or discarded (red).

 

I
