Hi Brooke , what helped me was the way you told us to look at the animal differently as shapes and not the whole , my biggest problem in drawing them is proportions , eg I struggle to find a way to look at them and draw to correct sizing , I end up scraping a piece because I’ve got the body wrong or the legs , my particular interest is drawing birds , but the wings never look right and their positions to the body , hope this explains what I mean , and thank you again , I loved your class x
